What is the liquid probiotic
In an era of growing awareness of the importance of a healthy gut microbiota, a new ally for our health has emerged – the liquid postbiotic. It represents the essence of natural fermentation, acting as a bioactive “elixir” rich in metabolites produced by beneficial bacteria during the fermentation process.
In other words, postbiotics are neither live bacterial cultures nor dietary fiber, but health-relevant bioactive compounds produced by probiotic bacteria during the fermentation process (e.g. short-chain fatty acids, polyphenols, enzymes, peptides). The term postbiotics also refers to non-viable (inactivated) bacterial cells or their cellular components. Such a fermentative essence in liquid form contains a full spectrum of naturally occurring bioactive substances—from butyric acid and lactic acid, through antioxidants, to bacteriocins—which together support the body on multiple levels.

In other words, postbiotics consist of inactive bacterial cultures and bioactive compounds produced during fermentation, such as short-chain fatty acids, polyphenols, enzymes, and peptides. These components are formed during the fermentation process and retain important functional value. This liquid fermentation essence delivers a broad spectrum of active substances—from butyric and lactic acid to antioxidants and bacteriocins—which work together to support key processes within the body.

In other words, probiotics are live bacterial cultures produced through a controlled fermentation process, based on carefully selected strains with documented properties. During fermentation, the bacteria generate a range of natural bioactive compounds, such as lactic acid, short-chain fatty acids, polyphenols, enzymes, and peptides, which support the gut microbiota environment.
The liquid fermented form delivers both active microorganisms and their accompanying metabolites, creating a coherent matrix with a broad spectrum of activity. The presence of these components helps maintain microbiological balance and supports processes that are essential for the proper day-to-day functioning of the digestive system.

About Pretty Care
Our mission is to transform a personal story into strength for others – combining the experience of a patient with advanced, metastatic cancer with the latest scientific knowledge and natural ingredients. After an intense battle with the disease and the courageous decision to step away from systemic treatment, our founder became an inspiration for the entire team.
Together with Dr. Justyna Piechocka and Prof. Daria Szymanowska, we have created product formulations designed to meet the needs of conscious women and health-focused individuals. Each product is a tribute to the power of nature and fermentation – guided by intuition and supported by research. We believe that the union of science and heart enables the creation of formulas that support resilience and regeneration for conscious women and men around the world.
