Our story
Our story and new products
Several years ago, a journey began that made me once again realize how important daily self-care and supporting the body’s natural mechanisms truly are. This experience became the inspiration for creating a brand rooted in mindfulness, gratitude, and a conscious approach to health.
For many years, I also struggled personally with gut-related issues that had a real impact on my well-being and everyday life. The search for effective yet natural solutions led me to test the formulas being developed on myself. As a result, my gut health is now in much better condition, and I have gained confidence that the chosen path holds genuine value.
Out of the desire to share this experience, the idea was born to create products that help build inner strength, self-confidence, and everyday well-being from within.
Through collaboration with two outstanding scientists — Dr. Justyna Piechocka, an expert in gut microbiota, and Prof. Daria Szymanowska, PhD, DSc, a specialist in industrial microbiology — we developed formulas that combine natural ingredients with up-to-date scientific knowledge.
Our brand was created out of a passion for health — developed by women, for everyone who wants to take conscious care of themselves and their everyday well-being.

Prof. Daria Szymanowska from the Department of Biotechnology and Food Microbiology at the Faculty of Food and Nutrition Sciences was awarded the title of Professor on February 29, 2024, in the field of exact and natural sciences, discipline: biotechnology. This represents the first professorial appointment in this discipline at UPP and the second in Poland.
Dr. Justyna Piechocka
Dr. Justyna Piechocka passionately combines scientific research with active involvement in the world of innovative business. For many years, she has been engaged in the development of modern probiotic and postbiotic solutions based on the latest advances in biotechnology. Her work focuses on the practical application of gut microbiome research, designing functional, safe, and effective supplements.

19 carefully selected probiotic strains
In our products, we combine 19 carefully selected probiotic strains with bioferments derived from the very best that nature has to offer. We rely on natural extracts from rosehip, linden blossom, black elderberry, and raspberry, as well as fermented rice water. Each of these ingredients provides unique benefits: for example, rosehip is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C and antioxidants (flavonoids and carotenoids), which neutralize free radicals and help protect the body from oxidative stress. Linden blossom has calming and anti-inflammatory properties, helps relieve nervous tension, and supports immune function thanks to its vitamin C content.
Black elderberry has been used in traditional medicine for centuries to support the body during colds; it contains vitamins and minerals that strengthen the immune system and reduce susceptibility to infections. Raspberry delivers valuable polyphenols (such as quercetin and ellagic acid) along with vitamin C, and its extracts exhibit anti-inflammatory effects. All of these raw materials undergo fermentation, resulting in postbiotic metabolites that support the intestinal barrier and immune modulation.
Thanks to these ingredients, our probiotics and postbiotics provide natural protection—strengthening immunity and supporting the body from within, while honoring a gentle, feminine sensitivity.

We harness the benefits of fermentation—an ancient method with a scientifically documented impact on gut health. Research shows that a diet rich in fermented foods significantly increases gut microbiome diversity and reduces inflammatory markers in the body. Fermented ingredients provide live probiotics and beneficial enzymes, strengthening natural immunity and helping the body maintain balance.
Scientists also confirm that fermented products are an excellent source of beneficial bacteria and their metabolites (postbiotics), which are essential for a healthy gut flora. The fermented rice water on which our formulas are based demonstrates particularly beneficial effects: it enriches the gut microbiota with valuable bacterial strains and enzymes, as confirmed by scientific studies.
